When you submit a request, you receive an estimated price. A final confirmed price is provided before work begins, and your approval is required.

Urgent requests may attract a priority fee. All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦).

Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the confirmed amount for the service rendered.

Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to our satisfaction guarantee and refund policy.

You agree to provide accurate information, ensure safe access to the service location, and treat our professionals with respect.

You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the service or other users.

Pending requests may be cancelled free of charge. Once a professional is assigned or work has commenced, cancellation fees may apply.

While we strive for excellence, Grandelite Professional Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.
